Gourmet Farms is the premiere producer of gourmet coffee, organically grown lettuce, culinary herbs, indigenous herbal teas, and salad dressings, sauces and dips. We are committed to producing the freshest and finest food and beverage products that promote customer health and well being with due respect to the environment and the welfare of Filipino farmers. We produce products for retail, and we serve institutional clients as well, customizing to our clients’ need and preferences when required. Our core product is coffee. We started over 3 decades ago. Staunchly believing in Philippine coffee, we were the first company to export Philippine coffee beans, sourcing them from all over the country and trading them internationally. Advocating fresh brewed; we likewise sourced the finest beans from all around the globe and brought them home for Filipinos to enjoy. Today, we have partnerships with coffee farmers from all over the Philippines and in the coffee growing regions around the world. Our passion for fresh-brewed led us to our coffee roasting facility. We were the first coffee roasters to make roasted coffee available on a commercial scale. We currently have the capacity to roast 150 tons every month. We have eight premium coffee blends commercially available. We also have specialty origins from all over the world (Arabicas del Mundo) as well as local single origins (Kapelipinas). We customize and profile-roast for our customers too. Our mission is to promote Philippine coffee and Philippine-roasted coffee at par with the world’s best, masterfully roasting every batch of Gourmet Farms’ coffee. From a 2-hectare farm in the late 70’s, we have grown to be a 12-hectare estate where we organically grow Gourmet’s leafy greens and herbs. Locally, we are the first and largest herb growers in the country. We have several varieties of lettuce and leafy greens with a steadily expanding herb selection. Aside from our central farm, we manage numerous satellite farms and undertake calendared planting and harvesting for bulk contract requirements for our clients’ year-round needs. A coffee nursery is part of our estate too. We were the first to pioneer the “farm to table” and “bean-to-cup” concepts, long before these became popular. Gourmet’s Cafe, a roadside diner and farm produce depot in the early 80’s along Gen. Aguinaldo Highway in Silang, Cavite, is testament to this. It’s menu was simple – salad, pasta and pizza (with coffee and herbal teas as beverage choices). The first salad bar in the country originated from Gourmet’s Café where home-made salad dressings were part of the salad bar fare. From here, our Gourmet Farm’s Kitchen Exclusives was born – salad dressings, sauces and dips. This also saw the beginning of our Gourmet Farm’s Herbal Teas. Today, Gourmet Farm’s premium coffee, herbal teas, kitchen exclusives, fresh greens and herbs are readily available in leading supermarkets all over the country. Our client roster also includes distinguished establishments – from hotels, to the restaurants, to food chains, to business institutions and also coffee shop entrepreneurs. At Gourmet Farms, we continue to innovate… as we endeavor to serve you with the freshest, the finest and first-rate product all the time.
